Refund and Reprint Policy
We strive to deliver perfection with every order, but we understand that mistakes can happen. If you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help. Reprints and refunds are available for orders with mistakes. If you require a reprint or refund, please provide photo evidence of the issue along with your request. The responsibility for covering the cost of the reprint or refund will depend on the specific circumstances. Please note that if your order is reprinted with upgraded shipping, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the upgraded shipping.
Instances where we cover the Reprint/Refund cost:
- Manufacturing issues with the product.
- Breakage or damage to the product during transit.
- Receipt of incorrect products in your order.
- Loss of order during transit, where the initial shipping address remains unchanged.
- Exceeding the general shipping timeframe for orders due to transit delay.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we don’t accept returns on orders directly, here are your options:
- If you receive a product you’re not happy with, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you within the parameters set by our partners at Gooten.
- Some vendors may accept returns if the return address is theirs. If this is the case, we’ll guide you on how to proceed.
Please note that returns are only accepted at US return addresses.
We are unable to issue refunds for returned orders directly. Instead, we can either reship the order or issue a reprint, depending on our partner’s policy.
Exchange Policy
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for ordered products. As we operate on a print-on-demand basis, we cannot facilitate exchanges.
Apparel Substitution Policy
If a product in your order is out of stock, we will substitute it with a similar garment. Rest assured, the substituted garment will match the original garment’s color and be of equal or superior quality.
